Primarily a business hotel, this is a nice property on the main Mumbai Pune highway. Location is good as it's on the roadside. They have decent breakfast options. Service can be improved. Rooms are a bit small but serve the purpose. They've maintained the cleanliness and organised the rooms well. Overall, nice option for staying in this area.

The hospitality of the staff was truly commendable—they were courteous, attentive, and made sure everything was comfortable. Especially the behaviour of Pournima is very kind. We had an exceptional experience with the Food & Beverage team. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, welcoming, and highly professional. The staff demonstrated great attention to detail, ensuring that every aspect of our dining experience was smooth and enjoyable. They were courteous, prompt, and always available whenever needed, without being intrusive. We would especially like to recognize Sanjh, Pornima, Omkar, and Varsha for their outstanding hospitality and dedication. Had a week-long stay from 10th May to 17th May and it was a really positive experience overall. A special shoutout to Somnath ji from Housekeeping — super helpful and always got things done as soon as I asked. He went an extra mile to help. Big thanks also to Ankita from Housekeeping, and Omkar, Farhan, and Sanjh from the Restaurant for their warm service and constant smiles. This was only my second stay here, but the first time I’ve ever stayed this long at one hotel. The reason is simple — the food at Ginger is absolutely mouth-watering. Huge thanks to the chef and the kitchen team for that. Small feedback for the property team: The tiling feels dated and the bathroom fittings need maintenance. The bathroom walls have turned yellow and don’t clean up with a wash. Also, please consider changing/replacing the dustbins. A little upkeep here would make the experience 10/10.
